Vector Jellyfish is definitely a Megaman villain. The colors on this are really nice, especially at the base of the bell where the gradients are doing some nice work. Unfortunately the low-poly style doesn't work too well with the tentacles. :-/ I'm not sure what you could do to make that work while staying with the style...maybe decreasing the feature size around the tentacles?
